Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at BootPrime. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders for digital wall clocks are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Digital Wall Clocks:
    • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
    • Delivery times:
      • Domestic (within the country): 5-7 business days
  • Software:
    • Software products are delivered electronically. You will receive an email with a download link and activation instructions within 24 hours of your purchase.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • BootPrime is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

  • BootPrime is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

  • We currently ship to countries worldwide. Additional fees may apply depending on your location and order size.

Refund Policy

At BootPrime, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Digital Wall Clocks:
    • You have 30 calendar days to return a digital wall clock from the date you received it.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
  • Software:
    • Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds for software once the purchase is completed and the product has been delivered, except where required by law.
    • In cases of software malfunction or technical issues, we provide full support to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, we may, at our discretion, provide a refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Digital Wall Clocks:
    • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
    • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a 3-5 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • Software:
    • Refunds for software purchases are only processed if there is a proven technical issue that cannot be resolved by our support team.

Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
